Owners in Columbus, IN and Bartholomew County, IN can request business funding options from Fieldhill Loans through this form or by phone. Fieldhill follows up after the form is sent, prepares the request and sends it to funding partners, which review it and make their own decision. Nothing is binding until you sign a partner's agreement.
What the form asks
The online form asks for your full name, phone number, email address and, if you have one, a company name. It then asks three required questions, each answered by picking from a list: how long the business has operated, its annual revenue range and the amount range you are requesting. The last item is a box for your consent.
There is no field for a Social Security number, bank account numbers or document uploads. Those come later, only if a partner needs them for its review.
After the Fieldhill form is sent
- Fieldhill reviews the request and contacts you by phone or email.
- A short conversation settles the funding type and the records partners will want.
- The request goes to partners that consider your kind of business; each reviews it and decides.
- You compare any offers and choose, or decline.
The full sequence is on the how it works page, and Fieldhill's role is set out in the disclosures.
Before you submit
- Have the bill and its due date in mind.
- Know roughly how long the business has operated and its annual revenue range.
- If the request is for equipment or stock, have the quote nearby.
