Scope of this policy
This policy describes how Fieldhill Loans handles information it collects through this website, its online request form, phone calls, emails and text messages. It applies to owners and representatives of businesses that contact Fieldhill about funding. Funding partners publish their own policies, and this one does not extend to their sites or practices.
Information you give Fieldhill
Sending the Fieldhill form passes these items to Fieldhill:
- Your full name.
- Your phone number.
- Your email address.
- Your company name, if you provide it.
- Your selection for how long the business has operated (time in business).
- Your selection for the business's annual revenue range.
- Your selection for the amount range you are requesting.
- Your consent choice and the time it was given.
During calls and in the request form you may also share details about the business, what the funding is for, existing debts, and documents such as bank statements, tax returns, quotes or contracts.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider receive technical information when pages load, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the referring page. The request form is provided through a third-party form service (LeadConnector), which processes what you enter on Fieldhill's behalf. The map on the contact page is served by Google and loads only if you press the button to show it.
How Fieldhill uses information
- To contact you about your request by phone, email or text, as you have agreed.
- To work out which funding types fit and prepare the request.
- To send the request to funding partners that consider your type of business.
- To keep a record of each request and the messages about it.
- To improve the website and protect it against misuse.
How information is shared
Fieldhill shares request information with funding partners so they can review it. A partner that receives your information handles it under its own privacy policy, and may check credit or verify details as part of its review. Fieldhill also uses service providers, such as the form service and hosting, that process information for it.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, Fieldhill uses your number to send messages about your request. Fieldhill keeps mobile numbers and texting consent away from outside marketers. The SMS terms, linked in the footer, explain the rest.
Security
Fieldhill uses reasonable measures to protect information, including an encrypted connection for the request form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents by ordinary email unless Fieldhill asks you to.
Your choices
- You can ask Fieldhill not to contact you again.
- You can reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
- You can ask what information Fieldhill holds about your request and ask for corrections.
Contact about privacy
